ERIC BRITTEN
Managing Director
Eric has been involved in the Civil Construction Industry for almost 42 years and has had experience in supervising projects at Roxby Downs for the Olympic Dam Alliance and also managed Maunsell Australia’s Port Lincoln Branch office, which serviced Eyre Peninsula community for 3 years.

Prior to that he had almost 25 years experience in Municipal Engineering, supervision & management including Road Construction, STEDS, Airports, Land-Divisions, Reserves, Sport Facilities and coastal structures, with City of Port Lincoln, St Peters, Kangaroo Island and Lower Eyre Peninsula Councils.
STEVE KONITZKA
Assistant Manager
Steve has a long history of service to the construction industry in both the public & private sector in, specialising in major road design & construction with Transport SA for 25 years, 8 years as General Manager of a local construction firm & another 7 years as General Manager/ Director of his own construction company.

Steve has project managed numerous sub-divisions & road widening/ construction projects throughout South Australia & is an accredited road safety auditor. He has a reputation for quality work ensuring client satisfaction & forged strong relationships with local government, corporate bodies, consulting engineers & land developers.
CHARMAINE FISHER
Office Manager
Charmaine started with EP Civil & Earthmoving as a Trainee in the office, and has been with the company for almost 14 years. Charmaine has since progressed to manage all Office Administrative functions including Human Resources, Accounting, Quality Assurance & Personal Assistant
